Q: Why can’t I tap on a product and then order it like a normal website?
A: We have our website set up so that you order via a form and then we email you with our payment options, which are venmo, paypal, or cash (if you know us personally). We admit this is not as convenient as we would like, but setting up payment via the website company we use requires us to set up taxes, which is not a complication we would like to take part in right now.
Q: What if I want to order a bracelet with a pattern that isn’t one of the options on the Custom Bracelets form?
A: If you see a pattern that you like on one of our bracelets, then you can contact us through email and specify which bracelet pattern you would like to customize and the colors and size of your preference.
Also, if you see a bracelet pattern that isn’t on our website, feel free to send us a picture through email and we will get back to you. Keep in mind, some bracelet patterns that you see elsewhere are beyond our abilities and require other materials that we do not own. However, we are open to new ideas and we greatly appreciate customer recommendations!
Q: What do the price ranges mean on the Custom Orders page?
A: The price ranges listed under the names of the bracelet patterns in the pictures are the maximum and minimum prices of that pattern based off of the number of colors you order. For example, the pattern candy stripe is listed as $2-$5 meaning that two colors (the minimum) is $2, three colors is $4, and 4 colors (the maximum) is $5. The maximum and minimum amount of colors are also listed on the page under step 2.
Q: What does “Colors and Description of Item” mean in the Custom Bracelets form?
A: That is where you specify the product (bracelet, keychain, or anklet), the colors/order of colors of your preference, and any coupons (this is optional). An example order for a bordered chevron pattern would be: keychain, light blue, dark blue, and white with black border.
Q: If I want to order a bracelet or if I have a question then can I just dm you on Instagram?
A: Yes! Feel free to contact us through dm, email, or you can fill out the contact form on this website if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. And for reference, all of our social media is at the bottom of the contact page.
